Herrmann Friedrich Ferdinand was born on November 6th, 1865 in Rehseel.  Herrmann Friedrich Ferdinand's father was "Carl" Friedrich Johann MITTAG ~Puddenzig Brenner 1881 Amerika and his mother was "Friedericka" Ernestine Louise GROSSKREUTZ (Grosskreuz) oo MITTAG 1881 Amerika.  His paternal grandparents were Christian Friedrich MITTAG and Johanne (Hanna) "Louise" Friederike MÖSER (Meusow) oo MITTAG.  He had five brothers and five sisters, named Gottfried "Heinrich", Franz Carl Friedrich, "Carl" Friedrich Ferdinand, Wilhelm Friedrich August (= Frederick), Herrmann Wilhelm Friedrich, Wilhelmine Auguste Louise, "Ernestine" Wilhelmine, Wilhelmine Friederike Louise, "Emilie" Anna Sophie and Bertha Elise Maria.  He was the eighth oldest of the eleven children.  He died due to heart disease, Hautbräune, at the age of 3 on December 21st, 1868 in Rehseel.
