Maria "Louise"  was born in 1852 in Buddendorf.  Maria "Louise" 's father was "Joachim" Friedrich MITTAG, Bauer Buddendorf and her mother was Wilhelmine  DREBLOW oo MITTAG *Buddendorf.  Her paternal grandfather was Johann  MITTAG Bauer in Jacobsdorf; her maternal grandparents were Johann Christoph DREBLOW and Anna Sophie MARCKS oo DREBLOW.  She had nine brothers and three sisters, named "Karl" Friedrich, Johann Friedrich Wilhelm , Joachim Friedrich Hermann, August Friedrich Ferdinand, Friedrich Wilhelm , August Friedrich Ferdinand, Johann Friedrich Ferdinand, Franz Wilhem, Johann Friedrich Hermann, Friederike "Wilhelmine" Louise , Jo"hanne" Friederike  and Albertine Luise .  She was the twelfth oldest of the thirteen children.
